“ I consider myself a lover and a connoisseur of fine biscuits, and Ive eaten biscuits from all over the southeast and made a few of my own. Id probably say in my 37 years of living Ive probably eaten 10,000 of this breakfast item, and consider my grandmothers Cathead biscuits from my childhood as the best of the best! They were slightly crusty outside and perfectly moist and fluffy inside, not too doughy but not too dry either. I say off this to lead into the fact that I have been in pursuit of the perfect biscuit ever since. Well Ive found it!! Maryland Fried Chicken makes the perfect biscuit!! It rolled me back 20 years to my youth and grandmas awesome biscuits!! Also makes sure you eat the chicken, whether it be strips or bonein pieces, or on the amazing biscuit!! Only word of caution is the strips are huge, so eat about half as many as you would normally eat!! Thank you Maryland Fried Chicken for such an amazing meal!! I will most definitely be back!! Update Went back on a Saturday morning for the chicken biscuit and didnt even mind the 3040 min drive thru wait because it was still the best restaurant biscuit Ive ever had! ”

The bourbon chicken I recommend highly along with the mouthwatering tater wedges! The biscuits are just like Mama used to make! The slaw was on point as well! “ My wife and I have had Maryland Fried chicken in South GA for years now but I had no idea there was a couple in North ga so we took a trip to see if they tasted the same. My wife got the fried chicken and was surprised when they asked if we wanted crispy or Maryland style. The ones in south ga only have the Maryland style. Over all they were similar but enjoy of a taste difference and we prefer the ones in the south. The biscuits however were different and on a while level of difference. I dare to say these were the best I have ever had....period! So soft, flaky, buttery and still held up against butter or jam. Its worth going back just for them alone. ”
